On the basis of the JBOtronic, which has already been well-known for many years, we can now offer you the option to download and use the complete and newly developed JBOtronic2011 free of charge.
In addition to the already well-known functions for the rational creation of NC programs for thread milling cutting using DIN and Heidenhain controls, this offers the following extensions to the basic functions:
- The most frequently used thread types (M, MF, EG M, G, PG, all UN threads) are stored in a database with all relevant thread dimensions, which can be precisely defined
- A further database contains the most frequently processed materials with the respective cutting data for our tools
- All of our catalogue tools (GF, GFS, GFS-ST, GFM, GFM-ST, GFM-STL, BGF, BGFS-W/H, GFE, GFT) are now completely on file in the JBOtronic2011 tool database and are suggested according to the choice of thread and material
- All possible combinations of inner/outer threads, right-hand /left-hand threads and cylindrical/tapered as well as special thread definitions are feasible
- By expanding the processing options, the processing sequence of the thread milling cutter can be modified still further: roughing/finishing, synchronised/reverse rotation, 2-step milling of thread depths, chip removing cycles in cutting thread milling, etc.
With our new JBOtronic2011 software you will be able to find the optimum and most economical version for processing your thread – without complication and at any time - and also create the necessary NC codes for your control system. An invaluable advantage of the JBOtronic, namely the calculation of the thread processing time, is naturally also included in the JBOtronic2011. You will therefore be able to plan optimally before processing and carry out a pre-calculation. The complete NC program can then subsequently be copied directly from the JBOtronic2011 into a text file or be printed out as a report. With direct transfer, typing mistakes will be a thing of the past.
