With our newly developed solid carbide form cutter, you can machine in just one operation:

• the countersink
• the core hole including 90° chamfer
• the sealing cone with defined edge break

Thanks to CAD/CAM application, the connection can be prepared with perfect accuracy in just seconds – and in all common materials.

Next, our proven JBO thread milling cutters – including the SHARK series – are used for machining the connection thread.
